Overview:
A variety of groups are offered at Nate’s Place, with the goal of providing psychoeducation, counseling and support. A number of the groups are evidence based practices (EBPs), as indicated below. The purpose is to help participants develop insight, awareness and positive coping skills to navigate challenges in their lives and attain and maintain a sense of stability.
Our groups follow specific evidence-based curriculums and are led by Peer Support Recovery Coaches as well as Clinicians. Group leaders have experience and training in the groups that they lead. Participants are encouraged by their Peer Support Recovery Coaches to participate in groups that apply directly to individual needs.
